This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, estimated delivery times, shipping charges, free-shipping thresholds, tracking, and international shipping conditions.

3. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within:
1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Processing may include:
- Payment confirmation
- Order review
- Address verification
- Inventory confirmation
- Product inspection
- Protective packaging
- Shipping-label preparation
Business days are generally Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.
4. Estimated Delivery
Estimated total delivery time is calculated as:
Processing Time + Transit Time = Estimated Total Delivery Time
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information may extend the delivery period.
5. Free Shipping
Free standard shipping applies when the eligible product subtotal reaches:
United States: USD 1,199+
Canada: USD 1,399+
United Kingdom & Europe: USD 1,499+
Australia: USD 1,699+
Unless otherwise stated:
- Free shipping is based on the product subtotal after discounts
- Taxes do not count toward the threshold
- Duties do not count toward the threshold
- Shipping charges do not count toward the threshold
- Separate orders cannot be combined
- Free shipping applies to standard shipping only
6. Shipping Charges at Checkout
The shipping amount displayed during checkout is the amount applicable to your order.
Wdyplay aims to keep shipping information consistent across:
- Product and policy pages
- Shopping cart
- Checkout
- Google Merchant Center

7. Table Lamp Packaging
Table Lamps may require additional protective packaging because of their design, materials, and lighting components.
Depending on the product, packaging may include:
- Protective wrapping
- Foam protection
- Interior supports
- Corner protection
- Product box
- Accessory compartments
- Outer shipping carton
Some orders may arrive in more than one package.
8. Tracking Information
Tracking information is provided when available after the order has shipped.
A tracking status such as Label Created does not necessarily mean the carrier has physically collected the package.
Tracking updates may take additional time during weekends, public holidays, international transfers, or customs processing.
9. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

- Street address
- Apartment or unit number where applicable

- ZIP or postal code

If you notice an address error, contact Wdyplay as soon as possible.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.
10. International Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to:

- Brokerage charges
- Customs-processing fees
If Wdyplay collects a particular charge during checkout, it will be displayed before payment is completed.
Charges not collected by Wdyplay may be charged separately by the applicable carrier, customs authority, or government agency.
11. Customs Processing
International orders may require customs clearance.
Customs processing is controlled by the applicable authorities and may occasionally extend delivery times.
Wdyplay cannot guarantee customs-clearance times.
12. Shipping Delays
Possible causes of delay include:
- Severe weather
- Carrier congestion
- Public holidays
- Transportation disruptions
- Customs inspections
- Incorrect delivery information
- Remote delivery locations
- Failed delivery attempts
A delayed shipment is not automatically considered lost.
13. Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your Table Lamp shortly after delivery.
If the package or product arrives damaged, contact:

- Photographs of the outer packaging
- Photographs of protective packaging
- Clear photographs or video of the damage
- Brief description of the problem
Please keep the product and packaging until Wdyplay confirms the next step.
14. Missing or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- The wrong Table Lamp
- A materially incomplete order
- Missing components or accessories
contact Wdyplay as soon as reasonably possible.
Where appropriate, Wdyplay may provide a replacement component, replacement product, authorized return, or another eligible resolution.
15. Orders Marked Delivered
If tracking shows Delivered but the package cannot be located, check:
- Entrance or porch
- Reception
- Mailroom
- Household members
- Neighbors
- Building management
- Carrier delivery notice or photograph
If the package remains missing, contact Wdyplay with your order number and tracking number.
16. Lost Shipments
A delayed shipment is not automatically considered lost.
If the carrier officially confirms a shipment as lost, Wdyplay may provide an eligible:
- Replacement; or
- Refund
depending on the circumstances and product availability.
17. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation within:
24 hours after placing the order
provided fulfillment has not progressed beyond a stage where the order can reasonably be stopped.
Once an order has entered the carrier network, standard pre-shipment cancellation is generally no longer available.

18. Returns
Returns after delivery are governed by the Wdyplay Return & Refund Policy.
Please contact Wdyplay before sending any Table Lamp back.
Do not independently send returns to our business address unless Wdyplay specifically provides that address as the approved return destination.
